Emsm always select the best quality and best selling products from manufacturers. We have specific quality control people for each category products. They are very experienced on product quality control. Every item will be serious tested before shipment.

We provide one year warranty for all category product. For item broken caused by quality issue, we will cover all cost. But for the broken item which is caused by human error, customer will cover all cost during RMA process.

7) Does Emsm.com offer a money-back guarantee?
Emsm.com allows products to be returned for a refund within 30 days from purchase if you don’t like it. If the product condition is still unused and new, we'll refund your payment after we received the return. If item is broken, we will not refund.

We have money-back and exchange guarantee in 30 days.
After 30 days, buyer needed to contact us first, we'll try to exchange a new one if available, and you need to pay all of the shipping fees.

12) How can I receive the refund?
Due to all of the payment through PayPal, we'll refund your payment to your PayPal, refund will be processed in 1-3 business days when the issue is clear, and you will received a PayPal confirm email then.
