Oat Yogurt Tiramisu Recipe
A lighter twist on the classic! Creamy yogurt replaces heavy cream, paired with wholesome oats and rich coffee flavor. Enjoy the indulgence of tiramisu with less guilt.
Ingredients (Serves 4)
Quick oats – 50g
Plain yogurt – 200g
Mascarpone cheese – 150g
Honey or maple syrup – 2 tbsp (adjust to taste)
Espresso – 100ml (cooled)
Ladyfingers – 12 pieces
Cocoa powder – for dusting
Instructions
1.Make the cream: Mix yogurt, mascarpone, and honey until smooth and creamy.
2.Prepare the oat layer: Combine oats with a small spoonful of yogurt, let sit for 3–5 minutes to soften.
3.Soak the ladyfingers: Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the espresso. Do not over-soak.
4.Layer the tiramisu: In a container, place a layer of soaked ladyfingers, then spread cream mixture, followed by oats. Repeat until the container is about 80% full.
5.Finish & chill: Top with the remaining cream, dust with cocoa powder, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Tips
For extra protein, use Greek yogurt instead of regular yogurt.
If you don’t like coffee, try dipping the ladyfingers in chocolate milk.
